After serving four years in the United States Army as an 11 Bravo Infantryman, Josh returned home with two Purple Hearts and a clear sense of purpose — to continue serving those he stood beside in uniform.

He found that purpose in helping fellow veterans achieve homeownership. Josh understands firsthand that transitioning from military life to civilian life comes with challenges, and the homebuying process can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating VA loan benefits. His mission is to make that process clear, approachable, and stress-free.

Highly trained in VA lending and backed by a strong support team, Josh is known for doing whatever it takes to help a veteran get into a home. Rather than simply acting as a lender, he serves as a guide — walking clients step-by-step through eligibility, financing options, and the details many veterans were never taught about the benefits they earned. His dedication, empathy, and connection to veteran needs allow him to advocate for his clients in a way few can.

Josh lives in Grand Rapids with his two children, ages 13 and 4. Outside of the office, you’ll likely find him riding motorcycles, fishing, or camping — enjoying the same freedoms he once defended.
